Refund policy
THE BASICS
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Unfortunately, due to the changing worldwide tariff and shipping issues, we are unable to accept or offer refunds/returns/exchanges on any International orders outside of the US.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please Include a note with your return, with your name and contact information.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We do not cover return shipping costs. We may send a Return Label, at our discretion, and orders may be subject to a $12.50 Return Shipping and Restocking fee.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Faulty items will be refunded.
EXCHANGES
Please contact us to exchange items. We are happy to work with you to find a solution.
REFUNDS
Once a return is approved, all received items will be refunded to your original payment method. Shipping costs are not refunded.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your original account.
We are not liable for the loss of an item being returned, therefore we recommend that you use registered post and keep your tracking number as a reference.
