Miss Rose Sister Violet is committed to providing exceptional customer service.

All orders will ship from our fulfillment facility in Palmyra, Virginia within 1-4 business days once your order is placed. From there, it will take about 2-8 business days for orders to be delivered within the US, depending on the carrier. We try to make sure you get your items as quickly as possible.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Unfortunately, at this time, due to the increasingly restrictive and unpredictable tariffs and shipping restrictions, we have temporarily suspended International sales. We hope that conditions change for the better soon so we can resume sales to other countries.

Delivery time frames are our best estimate only, unfortunately unforeseen delivery delays do occur sometimes.

RETURNS are accepted, however, we are NOT responsible for shipping costs.
