Shipping policy

Miss Rose Sister Violet is committed to providing exceptional customer service.

All orders will ship from our fulfillment facility in Palmyra, Virginia within 1-4 business days once your order is placed. From there, it will take about 2-8 business days for orders to be delivered within the US, depending on the carrier. We try to make sure you get your items as quickly as possible.

International orders can take anywhere from 7-21 business days for delivery depending on the selected shipping method, and final destination. You may incur customs fees or duties in your country. Unfortunately, due to the changing worldwide tariff and shipping issues, we are unable to accept or offer refunds/returns/exchanges on any International orders outside of the US.

Delivery time frames are our best estimate only, unfortunately unforeseen delivery delays do occur sometimes.

RETURNS are accepted, however, we are NOT responsible for shipping costs.
