DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES?
Yes, absolutely! Your happiness is our top concern. We happily accept returns and exchanges if you are not happy with your purchase. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will help you with a return or exchange.

DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?
We ship worldwide, from Virginia, USA. Just select your country when finalizing your order and shipping costs will be calculated automatically. Please refer to our Shipping Information for further details.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO SHIP?
All orders will ship from our fulfillment facility within 1-3 business days from when the order is placed. From there, it will take about 2-7 business days for orders to be delivered within the US and anywhere from 4-16 business days for international orders depending on the selected shipping method.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping costs within the United States are $15.50 flat rate.
Shipping costs for overseas parcels are a flat rate, calculated at checkout.

IF ITEMS IN MY ORDER SHIP SEPARATELY, WILL I BE CHARGED EXTRA SHIPPING COSTS?
No, you will not incur any additional shipping costs and will only be charged the amount you were quoted during the checkout process.
